• A camp release of liability form is required for all participants
• Parent permission form is required for all participants

💡 Camp Philosophy

🏈 What Campers Will Learn

• How to enjoy the game of football
• Offensive and defensive positions
• Fundamental rules and skills
• Sportsmanship and respect for teammates and opponents
• The role of nutrition in athletic performance

⏰ Daily Schedule

(Water breaks provided throughout the day)

• 7:00–7:30 AM: Arrival
• 7:30–7:45 AM: Stretching
• 7:45–8:15 AM: Strength, agility, speed & conditioning
• 8:15 AM: Break
• 8:30 AM: Offensive position drills
• 9:30 AM: Break
• 9:45 AM: Defensive position drills
• 10:45 AM: Break
• 11:00 AM: Flag football
• 11:45 AM: Break
• 12:00 PM: Lunch, film & whiteboard sessions
• 12:30–1:00 PM: Camper pick-up

🎒 What Campers Must Bring

• Personal water jug
• T-shirt, shorts, sneakers, and cleats
• Lunch
• Completed Pasco County Schools Physical Athletic Packet
• Signed camp waivers

🎯 What Campers Receive

• In-depth instruction from Ravens coaching staff
• Introduction to Ravens offensive and defensive systems
• Games and contests

💲 Pricing

• $150 per individual camper
• $100 each for families with two campers

To receive the family discount, both campers must have all required forms, physicals, and waivers completed.

⚠️ Important Notes

• On-site security is not provided
• No refunds will be issued if the camp is canceled by Pasco County or due to weather during the camp
