The school counselors from each grade will be going into classrooms over the next months to continue the Safer, Smarter Teens program. Safer, Smarter Teens is a district mandated program which teaches students ways that he or she can reduce the likelihood of being abused and how to get help if needed. It is designed to meet existing educational standards while imparting critical personal safety information. If you don’t want your student to participate, you can opt out by emailing the grade level counselor before October 31st.
